To make a reservation:

1. Contact owner to verify availability and rates
   
   
2. Owner generates lease, signs and sends to renter.

3. Renter will sign and return lease along with deposit (50% of rental if more than 30 days prior to occupancy),
   to owner within 10 days.
   We accept credit cards via PayPal - the safe way to pay online. For more information about PayPal, click here.
   If less than 30 days until occupancy, total rent plus security deposit is payable with signed lease.
   
   The vacation rental is not confirmed until both: (1) the signed lease and (2) deposit are received by owner.
   If a personal check is issued, the check must clear before rental is confirmed.
   
   
4. Final payment plus security deposit due 4 weeks prior to start of vacation.
