This is a beautiful, new beachfront/waterfront one bedroom year-round vacation condo in sandy-shored, eclectic, picturesque, historic & artsy Provincetown, Massachusetts. A newly constructed condominium with state-of-the-art, top of the line furnishings & accoutrements, with an eye for detail.
The living room boasts 16' of sliding glass doors overlooking a spacious and private 20'x16' mahogany deck. Step down and step onto the beach. With a full-size Ethan Allen leather sofa bed, and an additional 300+ square feet of outdoor living space in the summer. The Jewel can accommodate up to two additional guests.
The Jewel on the Beach's kitchen has stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher, and is stocked with ample quality cookware, dishes, glassware, flatware and cutlery. The teak drop-leaf table can extend to accommodate four. A stacking washer/dryer is provided for guests' use.
The bedroom has a queen-sized bed with a down comforter outfitted with a duvet. Quality linens are provided for guests at the Jewel, including oversized towels in the tiled bath.
The Jewel's high ceilings, air conditioning, and beautifully unobstructed southern exposure make a stunning setting for the perfect vacation. And, as this is a home of the owner, many artistic touches and details abound that would not be found in "simply a rental property".
